自疫情暴发后，每个人都在尽自己最大努力对抗病毒，包括很多来自海外的朋友们也在为战疫出力。

在中国抗击疫情的艰难时期，很多外国人选择和中国人站在一起。

西班牙小哥怒怼无良外媒

Noel苏诺伊是一名来自西班牙的视频博主，去年来到中国北京求学。
最近他针对国外关于疫情不实报道的辟谣视频，得到了西班牙主流媒体的转发，后者收到他的来信后还开设了专门的辟谣专栏。

他在视频中实力回怼了一些媒体对中国抗疫过程的恶意报道。

这位女士说的是“那就不回家了呀”，这家媒体的翻译和剪辑会让人觉得她是在说“我快要饿死了”。这只是一个断章取义的视频，塞满了套路，为的是让你们相信他们的谎言。The lady in this video is saying: Then I won"t come home. The translator was absolutely sloppy and anyone would think she"s saying "I"m starving to death." Yet it"s just a video taken out of context and it"s a total lie. But they want you to believe their lie.
他不理解为什么那些发布假新闻的人什么都不知道就敢站出来说别人坏话。

“其实我做这条视频的目的就是让外国人知道中国的真实情况。”
What I wanted to do with my video was to let people around the world know what"s like in China.

所有的中国人把自己国家的传统文化放在一边，放弃了娱乐时光。为了保护他人，保护自己，也为了保护全世界。
All Chinese put tradition aside, giving up their time for joy, to protect themselves and the whole world.

我不希望这样的努力和牺牲成为种族歧视的借口。中国这样的大国，封停了千万人口的城市，全国上下一心抗击疫情。

What I never want to see is them being discriminated against for their effort and sacrifice. A large country like China has locked down a metropolis with millions of people to fight the virus.

我不希望这样的良苦用心换来的是国外对中国的敌意。疾病过去，他们依然是热情好客的中国人。

What I never want to see is hostility to them despite their care. Once the epidemic is over, they"ll still be the hospitable Chinese we know.

苏诺伊目睹了中国人民为战疫作出的努力。
令他印象最深刻的是十天之内可以建成一个医院。在视频中他也引用了一位西班牙网友的评论：“ 我敢说在这个世界上，应该说在全宇宙，能在十天内建成一个医院的也就只有中国人能办到吧，甚至只用了八天！”

I can say that in this world, or in the whole universe, the only ones who can complete a hospital in 10 days are the Chinese. Maybe even eight days is enough.
苏诺伊说在国外还是有很多像这样支持中国的声音，这也让他非常感动。
“这个世界是属于我们所有人的，只有所有人一起努力才可以把问题解决。”

The world belongs to us all. No problem can be solved without our corporate effort.

巴基斯坦国际医生：

终于能回报中国

苏玛和豪孟德是一对国际医生，他们在浙江和平国际医院工作。
豪孟德是巴基斯坦人，苏玛是毛里求斯人。他们都参与到了当地抗击疫情的医务工作中。

他们刚刚结束了一轮在温州南高速检测点的志愿工作。这项工作需要给进城的旅客测量体温并询问旅行史。
They"ve just finished a stint of volunteering on a highway checkpoint south of Wenzhou. The travelers were coming from outside of the city, so we first check the temperature and then ask their travel history.

戴着口罩和护目镜的他们用几乎没有口音的中文问询旅客身体状况，他们身上早已没有了国际医生的标签，而化身为千千万万抗疫者的一员。
接受采访时，豪孟德说能为中国做点事情他感到很骄傲。从出生的时候他就知道中国与巴基斯坦友谊源远流长，中国对巴基斯坦的帮助也在他心中埋下了温暖的种子。

For me, as a Pakistani, since we were born, the only thing we know is Pakistan-China friendship, you know. Whenever we needed any kind of support, any kind of help, China is standing with us, all the time and still standing. So all these things they make you have all the warmth in your hearts. So it"s an honor, to be honest.
苏玛现在的微信头像是她和丈夫在做志愿服务时的一张照片。她说当你换头像或者让别人知道你在做一件事情的时候，也许有人会被激励到。

看到她头像的人也许会说：“她在做这件事情，那我也许也可以。”她希望这张照片能激励更多的人站出来帮忙。
If you change your profile picture or try to show that you’re doing something, maybe you never know who you might encourage. Maybe a person looking at it will say, “She’s doing it! Maybe I can do it, too, you know.” So you encourage people to come forward and actually try to help.

“任何一种形式都可以，不一定是要在医疗队帮忙。”他们看到了身边每个人都在做着自己的努力。警察、护士、志愿者们都在为一个共同的目标努力合作。苏玛说这种感觉棒极了。

“我觉得这种感觉都不是团队，更像是一家人。因为我们互相照顾。只有家人才会这样做。我们是一家人。”
It’s not even a team, I think it’s a family because we all look after each other, and it’s only your family who does that. We are a family.

英国喜剧演员

Nigel Dixon是一名英国喜剧演员，也是“憨豆”先生唯一钦定的模仿者。中国粉丝喜欢称他为Mr. Pea或者逗逗先生。

逗逗先生此次来中国是想去深圳拜访朋友，体验中国的春节。疫情暴发时他就在武汉。很多中国朋友，特别是年轻的网友在网上关心逗逗先生的状况。
逗逗先生说这些实打实的关心让他也开始想做点什么来帮助疫情中的人们，调节他们的情绪，让他们远离疫情带来的沮丧。

My mind completely shifted, from trying to find a way out to trying to find a way in, a way to stay. I started to worry about them. And through my worry, I started to think, well, what can I do? Just so I wanted to do something to help people, sort of to release themselves in a way from the frustration what it causes, naturally.
所以他选择留下，在武汉租了一间小公寓，开始了独居生活。
他同武汉人民站在一起，用录视频的方式传递一份快乐和战疫的决心。

逗逗先生说他无法描述人们给他内心带来的温暖。他感受到了不可思议的社会凝聚力。他说大家都应该为自己感到骄傲，每一个与疫情抗争的人都了不起。
当小彭问起在英国的亲朋好友是否担心他时，逗逗先生回答说他尝试用了很多方式让家人和朋友知道他在减少感染病毒的风险，让他们安心一些。

After I adopted a number of different sorts of techniques to cope with the current situation, and in doing this, they then realized that I minimize my risks of catching the virus, and that starts to settle them down.

“这是个必须严肃对待的问题，无法否认，但有时问题本身不是症结所在，人们对问题的反应才是。”

But sometimes, it’s not so much the problem is the problem, it’s our reaction to the problem.
在采访的最后一直不忘给人带来快乐的逗逗先生，也用自己轻快的歌声继续传递着阳光般的温暖。小彭也跟着唱了起来。
